* The registration fees includes, registration kit, cost of tea/coffee, snacks, working lunch and dinner. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

* The accompanying person fee includes only the conference lunch and snacks.

* Accommodation and local hospitality for the invited participants will be taken care by the organisers without any additional payment other than the registration fee.

* For accommodation arrangements on campus, the organizers have approached a few funding agencies. Subject to a positive response, accommodation fees may be waived for all registered participants. The organizers will inform eligible participants over their registered emails in due course.

* Please save a transaction detail/ proof of payment (PDF/Image File) after the payment is done.
Also, provide the transaction reference ID in the indigo registration form to complete the registration.

Important Instructions:

(i) The registration fee is non-refundable.

(ii) The registration will be incomplete if all the steps are not completed.

(iii) After the payment is done, save a copy of transaction details/proof of payment.

(iv) Participants should make sure to pay the required fee for any accompanying persons and mention the details when filling up the registration form.

(v) Do not forget to write the transaction reference ID in the indigo registration form to complete the registration.
