Registration

The registration charges for the conference are given below.

⁺ Early bird registration is till 31 December 2023. Registration done on or after 1 January 2024 will be considered late.

Steps for Registration

1. Transfer the respective registration fee as per the above table using the steps mentioned below.
2. After transferring the registration fee, please fill the Conference Registration Form .
3. After payment, please send the transaction receipt and details to caldam2024@iitbhilai.ac.in
4. Those who register as students are directed to submit a soft copy of a certificate stating that (s)he is a bonafide student, from their respective supervising guide/HoD to caldam2024@iitbhilai.ac.in

Note for Registration

• The registration fee includes 18% GST.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register (by the deadline of the camera ready version) in the appropriate category in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. If an author has two papers, then one different author for every paper must register.
• Registration (regular or student) includes admission to all technical sessions, lunches, tea/coffee and banquet dinner.

Steps for Payment of Registration Fee

The payment of the registration fees can be performed in the following two ways.

1. Using SBI Collect (For Participant Category A & B)

   1. Visit SBI Collect page for IIT Bhilai by clicking here.
   2. Select “Registration Fee for CALDAM 2024” in “Payment Category”.
   3. Fill up the necessary details and click “Next”.
   4. Choose your preferred payment option and make payment.
