About the Workshop

Due to an unforeseen delay in the disbursement of funds from the external funding agency, we are unable to cover the food and accommodation expenses for the participants of the Workshop at this time. As a result, we kindly request that participants pay these expenses upfront after reaching the campus (approx. INR 400 for one day with hostel accommodation and mess food).
However, we would like to assure you that once the funding from the external agency is received, we will promptly reimburse the expenses, in accordance with the terms of the funding agreement.

Selected participants will get accommodation in the institute hostel starting from 6th January 2025, till 10th January, 2025 noon and reimbursement of AC 3-tier train ticket of the shortest route.

The main purpose of the workshop is to foster mathematical cooperation in the above areas to further ther interaction among the researchers in India, in particular in and around Bhilai, Durg. The primary emphasis of the workshop will be on training Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, and other young researchers, and promoting collaborative research involving all the potential participants. The relevant themes from harmonic mappings & partial differential equations will be introduced to the participants through series of lectures on these topics by renowned experts.
